This densely complicated scene depicts a version of the “World Tree” which is a colossal tree full of a multitude of creatures which connects the heavens, earth, and the underworld. In the Shadowpuffs Realm the World Tree arose from the depths of the Blood Ocean as a massive hovering beast. Sprouting and spewing from it are aspects that resemble body organs, various organisms, various flora, tendrils, eyes, and undefined shapes and shadows. It is a violent nexus of life and death endlessly regurgitating and nurturing anything that gets near it.
