Circus of Restriction

Out of the Blood Ocean hovers a creature displayed in its self-made shrine. So absurd is this promotion of empty virtue that mocking creatures are attracted and play in a circus above and about its environs. These creatures call them selves Restrictos in irony as they’ve been targeted for restriction by the shrine maker for their impure constitution. This self restriction is intoxicating and powers ever more frenzied play and perverted behavior.
